GUARANTEED! WHITEN YOUR YELLOW TEETH IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES!

Having yellow teeth is a common phenomenon these days due to the type of food people eat, the amount of cigarettes people smoke etc. Some researches show that having yellow teeth may affect people’s mood simply because people smile less, thinking that having yellow teeth is kind of embarrassing. If you also feel unconfident and do not smile very often due to yellow teeth, we recommend a natural remedy that will help you whiten your teeth and put that proud smile back on your face.

Solution no. 1 – Coconut oil and baking soda
Coconut oil is very good at whitening your teeth in just 2 minutes.
All you need is two ingredients to make this paste:

  • 8 tsp of soda
  • 8 tsp of virgin coconut oil
Mix these ingredients well and then put the mixture on your toothbrush and brush your teeth slowly. You will be amazed by the results.

Solution no. 2 – Baking soda and lemon juice paste
Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate (the official name) is mildly abrasive; scrub your teeth gently and it will wash away surface stains and return them to a whiter shade. This mixture is very alkaline, so if you are a fan and consume a lot of acidic food, this mixture will help you balance out the PH in your mouth.

You will need:

  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda
  • Lemon juice or water
  • A toothbrush
How to make it:
Mix the baking soda with enough lemon juice so you can make a paste. Wipe your teeth with a paper towel so you can remove any extra saliva from them. Apply the mixture on your teeth using a toothbrush. Leave the paste for 1 minute and after that rinse your mouth. If you are using water instead of lemon juice you can leave the paste up to 3 minutes before rinsing.

Solution no. 3 – Strawberry, salt, and baking soda scrub
Strawberries are rich in vitamin C that will help you remove the plaque that is the main reason your teeth look yellow. They also have an enzyme called malic acid that helps to remove surface stains from your them.

The salt acts as an abrasive portion of the paste, physically scrubbing away stain causing gunk. Adding baking soda is an option but it is not mandatory in this mixture so you can leave it out if you want.

You will need:

  • 2-3 large strawberries
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda (optional)
How to make it:
Mash the berries into a pulp, and add a pinch of sea salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda, if you’re using it. Wipe any extra saliva off your teeth with a paper towel, and then apply a generous portion of the mixture to a toothbrush and apply. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then rinse. Do this nightly.
