REMOVE THE DARK EYE CIRCLES WITH COFFEE

Coffee contains a great number of different antioxidants, including hydroxycinnamic acids and polyphenols. The hydroxycinnamic acids are very effective in neutralizing free radicals and stopping oxidative stress. While drinking coffee has these benefits, helping the skin from the inside and outside, the body can also soak it. Caffeine helps to reduce the dark circles and bags under the eyes. In addition, it helps speed up the blood flow. This gives a young and rejuvenated look of the skin.


                                  


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. coffee oil
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. organic bees wax
  • 2 tsp. clear jojoba oil
  • Jar
  • Small pot
Preparation
Put the coffee oil in warm water. Add the coconut oil and
the bees wax. The whole mixture melts in the water. After it is melted, move it
aside and add 4-5 drops of essential oil. The essential oil is perfect for this
recipe because it regenerates new skin cells, which keep the skin young,
healthy, and energetic. You can use lavender essential oil if you like. Pour this
in a big bowl. Let it cool and harden. It is okay if there are coffee grounds. Massage
gently around your eyes before sleep or in the morning under the make up to
brighten your eyes.

How to prepare coffee oil?
As well as coffee, coffee oil is naturally packed with
antioxidants, and together with caffeine they work towards increase the skin’s ability
to heal, strengthen and tighten. Coffee helps reduce the black circles under
the eyes, at the same time improving the blood circulation, which results with
a fresh, younger look.

Coffee oil is prepared with the method of warm infusion. Combine
4 tablespoon of ground coffee with 8 tablespoons of clean olive oil in a small
bowl. Heat the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.
