Thyme tea is known to help with respiratory ailments and is used against gastrointestinal problems and digestive problems. We have already mentioned about that it is especially good for calming the nervous system, and that it is included in many calming medicines.

So once again we emphasize that thyme tea is an effective means to cope with stressful days and to relax.
Thyme tea is very effective in calming intestinal peristalsis, so it is used in cases of intense diarrhoea, alone or in combination with other therapies.

This tea is especially used in irregular menstruation, painful and tired menstruation, also alone or in combination with other therapy. We recommend it to all women who have a problematic monthly cycle. In those days intensively consume tea and you will surely notice some relief.

Preparation:

The easiest, as we said, we can find in the markets in filter bags, and of course we can prepare it ourselves, if we have a dried thyme at home. Unless otherwise stated, the tea is prepared in 2 dl. water a bag, or two or three tablespoons of dried thyme. Allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove or drain the sachet and consume.
