At the end of the day, this juice saves you time and money and you’ll consume more fruit and vegetables in your diet. The natural sugars and calories that are part of the vegetables and fruits you use have amazing anti-inflammatory benefits for your body. Fortunately, there are a lot of juice recipes that are easy to make and as healthy as others. The recipe we are talking about is a popular juice in Venezuela called tres en uno (3-in-1 juice). Preparation
Blend all the fruits together in a blender. You can add one
tablespoon of honey or another natural sweetener if you’d like.

Note
You can change the number of oranges, beets, and carrot in
the recipe if you wish. For example, if you want to lower the amount of sugar
in it you can use less oranges or replace them with another vegetable that’s
rich in vitamin C and low in sugar, such as celery. To minimize the effects of
the sugar in the blood, you should consume this after eating, to slow down the
process of releasing glucose in the blood.

Anti-inflammatory benefits of oranges, beets, and carrots
As a mix of three super-fruits, this is a healthy and
delicious juice. The oranges are rich in vitamin C, B, and flavonoids. They can
help with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, dementia, and
cancer. Beets contain vitamin B1, and other anti-inflammatory antioxidants. It
can help with stress, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis. Carrots are
rich in iron, and magnesium. They can help with the eye sight, skin conditions,
cancer, and improve the metabolism.
